Management of the HOA is the responsibility of the 5 Board of Directors.  Board members are elected by homeowners to 2 year terms.  Each Committee has one Board Member to oversee the activities and act as a liason between the board and the committee.  Each committee has 3 to 5 individuals and a Chairman to make things work.



This committee is responsible for the inspection and approval of homeowner architectural improvements and reports to the Board of Directors on architectural issues.   Please submit all Architectural requests with the appropriate forms and sample materials included.  All forms can be found on the website.   You will be contacted to schedule a site inspection for approval with the Architectural Control Committee.  ACC Request Form submission, site inspection, ACC approval and any applicable City permits must be obtained before any work can begin.


This committee meets with outside entities and reports to the Board of Directors on issues outside of our HOA that effect on our community. I.e., the museum, traffic and local city development.

There is no active liaison committee at this time.
